Abstract Submission Guidelines

The official language of the congress is English only.

Abstract Requirements:

Maximum 250 words (excluding title and affiliations).
Must be formatted in Microsoft Word using Times New Roman, size 12, single-spaced.
All abbreviations must be spelled out in full when first mentioned.
The abstract title should not exceed 200 characters.
Maximum file size: 5 MB (accepted formats: DOC, DOCX, or PDF).

Submission Process:

Please indicate whether you are applying for a short oral communication or a poster presentation.

The Scientific Committee will review your submission and inform you about notification of acceptance and final presentation format will be announced by June 30, 2025.

Important Dates:

Abstract submission deadline: May 31, 2025
Notification of acceptance: June 30, 2025
